Stop Smoking

If you read the entry, What is Hypnosis?, then you know that it is easy to stop smoking for one day, because when we wake up, our brain gets reloaded with the same old programming and not the changes from the day before that never got changed permenantly.  So, you wake up, same old stuff gets loaded, and you find yourself looking for the next drag on a cancer stick.  

Hypnosis is the way that these changes, such as wants and desires, can be permenantely written to the subconcious mind so that when you wake up next, from a restful night of sleep, that you will realize that you feel great, and that desire to look for that box with those smelly sticks is just a memory, like it happened 20 years ago.  Hypnosis can help you make that change, but it has to be what you want, and not what others want for you.   If your "why?" is big enough, you will walk out of that office a non-smoker feeling great, and ready to live life without being tied to that silly little box of cigarettes.
